The hotel is in a good location, which is convenient for travelers. However, my overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were not clean. Although the food was tasty, the dining experience was affected by poor hygiene, as the plates, spoons, and other serving utensils were not properly cleaned.The hotel has good potential because of its location and food quality, but it needs significant improvements in cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance to provide guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great time at Hideout Villa Belihulouya. The place was rich with the natural beauty, and it was properly maintained. The rooms were clean. The food was good & served us warmly. Specially, I want to mention their staff. They are energetic & friendly for every time. We had to face an accident on the way to the villa. Then, we called the valuable staff members, and they came immediately and helped us a lot. So, we need to especially thank Madhushan, Dimuthu, and Vishal for their kind help that went beyond their job duties. There are lot of attractions listed as Hirikatuoya bathing pool Nagrak waterfall Pahanthudawa waterfall Samanala vewa Surathali Ella waterfall Bakers bend etc. I highly recommend this place.
